<p>This chat is with Mum - Natasha Louise Middleton, who has two neurodiverse children and here we gain a deeper understanding as to why it may be particularly important to focus on the Mums and their parenting journey.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Natasha says that with all the planning and reading of what it's like to be a parent with a neurodiverse child you may as well throw out the rule book as this will require you to adapt.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Natasha has written two e-books offering 'doable' self-care!</p> <p>She connects the 'woo' with the 'science' and shows that if we explore our spirituality rather than parking it away somewhere we may just uncover a sense of ease within ourselves and our children.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Another tip is the art of laughter in a present moment to shift away from a negative narrative!
