<p>sophia is a forensic psychologist by training, a spoken word poet by choice, and an olive farmer for fun. She has always been fascinated by understanding the human mind and specialized in the topic of aggression prevention during her studies and prior work. Last year she has left her job in academic teaching to delve deeper into her passion for creative writing. </p> <p>Her art is especially informed by humanistic and holistic psychology as well as mindfulness and Loving-Kindness practices. sophia writes and performs on topics of self-worth, self-actualization, healing, and compassion.
