Having addressed the trace mineral lithium and the critically important mineral iodine, last week and the week before I talked about magnesium; another critical nutrient most of us do not get enough of, for a variety of reasons.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Today I&#39;m going to start digging into the B vitamins. B vitamins easily go missing today due to the common suboptimal diet. Foods rich in B vitamins are also some are avoiding thinking they are eating more healthfully, such as meat and dairy.</p> <p><br></p> <p>I&#39;ll start with an overview of the entire B-Complex, and then in future programs and newsletters break them down into the various players.</p> <p> </p>
