Coping with our past and overcoming our shame can involve several strategies, such as acknowledging and accepting the feeling, identifying the root cause of shame, reframing negative thoughts, practicing self-compassion, seeking social support, and making amends if necessary. It's also important to remember that shame is a universal emotion that everyone experiences from time to time and that it's possible to work through it and move forward. I’m living proof!! I made a mess of my past I mean I have fucked some shit up!!! I have grown and am still growing from it all. Let’s grow together! You’re Not Alone!!

Identifying Your Past
"Overcoming & Growing From Your Past," we will discuss how to identify our past experiences and patterns to create a more focused vision. By understanding why we have slipped into certain patterns, we can work towards breaking the chains of excuses and moving towards personal growth.
Here are some tools!!
Here are two great questions to ask someone who needs help:
1. "How can I best support you right now?" - This question shows that you're willing to help and allows the person to express their needs and feelings.
2. "What steps have you already taken to address this issue?" - This question can help you understand the person's situation and what they've already tried. It also shows that you're interested in finding a solution together.

What does it mean to grow from your past?
Growing from your past means acknowledging and learning from past mistakes and experiences, rather than dwelling on them creating and using excuses and placing blame everywhere but at yourself.. It means using those lessons to make better decisions and choices in the present and future. It also involves letting go of any negative emotions or attachments to past events that may be holding you back from personal growth and progress. " Will your past be your Prison Or Passport”
