Moving beyond the parameters of the dinner table, Club Sup is inviting creative humans into founder Sophie McIntyre's kitchen to eat and chat about platonic love. They're getting to the meat of what friendship is, how it's formed, why it's never too late to foster new relationships, and the inevitability of parting ways with pals. We spend so much time talking about romantic bonds, that the longest connections we build and rely on run the risk of being overlooked. Join us as we break bread and glue together a fractured facet of modern life.
This week on Words With Friends we talk with Bre Graham, writer,
cook and author of table for two a super beautiful cook book that is the
ultimate bible on cooking for two whether that is a lover, friend or family
member. The theme of this week’s episode is really about nourishment, what brings us joy, what serves us and what makes us feel whole and connected. We discuss cooking as cathartic power during stressful or sad times and its power to bring people together. This episode for the people who love to spend their free time cooking and nourishing not only themselves but also those around us. This episode is a love letter to acts of service as a love language.

Kat & Yianna Velos - Roast Chicken & Interdependence
Welcome to a very first episode of "Words with Friends”
Today, we have the pleasure of sitting down with two extraordinary sisters, Kat and Yianna Velos, whose bond goes beyond sisterhood – they are business partners, sisters and inseparable friends who exemplify the true essence of a deep and unbreakable connection.
In this heart warming conversation, we explore the idea that friendships, much like pieces of clothing, serve different needs in our lives.
Just as a warm and cosy wintery coat shields us from the harshest of times, some friends offer unwavering support during our toughest moments. Meanwhile, like a sparkling and glamorous top, others bring joy and excitement, creating unforgettable memories during our best times.
Kat and Yianna take us on a journey through their lives, sharing cherished memories and experiences that have strengthened their sisterly bond. We delve into the countless ways they complement each other, offering different perspectives and yet always supporting one another's growth.
In a world that often glorifies individuality, we discuss the importance of interdependence and how relying on others isn't a sign of weakness but rather a testament to the strength of our connections. Kat and Yianna shed light on how their interdependence has shaped their lives positively and how we, as a society, might benefit from relearning the value of meaningful connections.
