<p>Brett had the unique experience of having to tread water for over 28 hours in the Indian Ocean after having fallen overboard on a surf charter boat in Indonesia. His incredible experience has given him a different perspective on life which he has used as a tool to inspire others through the Brett Archibald Foundation while giving back via Christel House. </p> <p>We shared a beer with Brett and talked over his amazing story.</p>

Two months into a planned navigation of the Amazon river from it's source to the sea he was ambushed and shot several times in the isolated jungles of Peru. He tells us about his struggle to survive and his motivations for putting himself in such a dangerous position in the first place.</p>
