Why even bother with imposter syndrome?
Was imposter syndrome invented to keep women quiet? Should we even care or talk about imposter syndrome if we want to move forward? What does the research say? What about real-life anecdotes?
Some may be OVER talking about imposter syndrome but that can be dangerous. There are real and serious implications at risk when we say we need to just move on from these experiences of feeling like a fraud.
In this episode, we'll talk about what's being said in the mainstream media and the research that's been done since the initial research in 1978.
