Carol Springer created Gabriel Sales, a professional services consulting firm for technology implementations and training.
When I asked Carol what it's really like to be an entrepreneur, she did not hold back. Carol gets honest about the ups and downs, fears, the imposter syndrome and the amazing feeling of smashing through it all to reach and exceed the "tipping point" of her business!
Carol is a thriving Woman in Tech who cares about her team and makes it her business to check in on them often.
We discuss AI, overhead, employee moral, operations and I found that Carol wants her employees to thrive in their personal lives as well.
