Ep.11 - Creative Cycles, Consistency, and Estrogen
Creativity is not linear and often times seems to butt heads with consistency. Add that to the pressure to show up on social media authentically, and wooooooooo we're out here sweating. But is there any rhyme or reason to our creative cycles - well it turns out that for our estrogen cycle friends, there might be.
