Wellness Series Pt. 4 - WellWay Co-Owner Lauren Schultheis on Integrative Nutrition
Lauren Schultheis of WellWay in Plymouth MN joins us today to discuss integrative nutrition.
She gives us tips on health and wellness from a holistic point of view - reminding us how our entire body is connected and her approach to helping clients involves taking a look at the entire body as one system rather than treating the body as separate systems.
Lauren is a registered dietician and the director of health services at her clinic and company called WellWay - a wellness center in Plymouth, Minnesota.
We discuss how her career came together, starting at Lifetime Fitness, then eventually transitioning to opening her own business with her husband and business partners and how they have expanded this to multiple different states with over 200 employees.
I loved our conversation today because she gives really practical tips on how to be confident in the workplace, brave and bold as an entrepreneur, and balancing all of this while being a mom.

Wellness Series Pt. 3: Registered Dietitian and Integrative Health Coach - Kylie Churnetski
After overcoming chronic and autoimmune disease issues, Kylie found a way to heal holistically.
After the experiences she had in the traditional Western Medicine journey, Kylie sought out finding a holistic approach to wellness and health that was catered especially to her.
This motivated her to go to college to get her degree as a Registered Dietitian and Integrative Health Coach and now is working with women to heal themselves naturally.
She finds her work rewarding where she can pay it forward with the help she offers to women. Since she went through a rough health journey herself, she can relate to women on a much deeper level.
Today we talk about how she got this career and also what she can offer to her clients.
