World Inside My Head

About World Inside My Head

Welcome to my podcast World Inside My Head. Come hang out and join me while I navigate life by taking you guys along with me and changing our mindset one episode at a time. Each episode will be a topic that I want to talk about. Here you will find topics I've been thinking about and probably overthinking, ideas, current situations I’m dealing with or have lived through, life choices, experiences, and whatever I'm feeling like sharing at the moment. I will give you my perspective on things and will be honest and raw with you. Expect topics like mental health, stigmas, news, career, lifestyle, traveling, life goals, and much more. This is a safe space where vulnerability is welcomed, and raw honesty is served. I’m not holding back when sharing on a topic and at times expect explicit content and language. I’m bilingual as well so you can also expect words in Spanish as well as episodes completely in Spanish. https://linktr.ee/worldinsidemyhead (https://linktr.ee/worldinsidemyhead)
