While we've gained tons of freedom over the past few years and we truly appreciate the lifestyle we are living, there are definitely some hick ups along the way. </p> <p>Like, what's up with all these expectations to just know things we've never even learned about? And why are we receiving fines for messing up when money is the one thing we DON'T have???!!! </p> <p><br></p> <p>Anyways, if you feel lost, we unfortunately don't have any tips for you but what we CAN give you is a community that understands you;) </p> <p><br></p>

what our coach REALLY thinks of us... -
We finally did the thing and got our coach Henry Bloodworth (or HB) in front of the mic. After working (and living) together for the past five months he definitely had some things to say. Get ready for a fun interview and all the backstory of how we met Henry (we masterminded that thing), what impression he had of us and how he assessed our windsurfing skills. Much talk about mental breakdowns and tantrums too because you just KNOW emotions are running high in this field of work. We definitely found out some infos we didn't know before (and so did Henry) which made this a fun and bonding experience. Tune in and listen to the behind the scenes of our coaching team!

finding SELF LOVE as a high performance athlete
<p>Getting lost in the numbers game of tracking your metrics to achieve a high performance lifestyle can be tricky. It can be especially taxing on your mental health. To love yourself and constantly improve yourself is kind of a paradox in itself but in this episode we break down how we try to achieve that balance. </p> <p>We definitely haven't figured it all out and you won't find tips in this episode but to talk about it and to be aware of the importance of finding self love and grace while trying to improve yourself is half of the battle won.</p> <p>If you have tips on this topic, we'd LOVE to hear it:)</p> <p>xx</p> <p>WOW girls</p>
