Series 1 The Criminal Compass: Episode 1 "Moral Realism vs. Relativism"
Welcome to Three Angles on Crime, a new trilogy from World Psych Views. In Series 1, The Criminal Compass, Episode 1 asks the question everything else in this trilogy builds on: is right and wrong objectively true, or something humanity just agreed on and could unmake?

The Millennial Squeeze Part 7 - "The Fear of Running Out of Time" | EP8
This is it, the final episode of The Millennial Squeeze. In this series finale, we close out seven parts and seven fears with the one that quietly sits underneath everything else, the fear of running out of time. We look at what the data actually says about delayed parenthood in the Philippines, from the PSA's fertility rate timeline to the very real biological clocks of both men and women, and why that conversation lands so differently depending on your gender. We also talk about what psychology says about making peace with your own timeline, backed by Dr. Kristin Neff's research on self-compassion. And we close with affirmations for every fear we named across this series, because you showed up for all seven parts, and that deserves to be honored. Plus, a sneak peek at what is coming next on World Psych Views.

The Millennial Squeeze Part 6 - "The Fear of Letting Everyone Down" | EP7
Have you ever wanted something for yourself and immediately felt guilty about it? In this episode, we talk about one of the most uniquely Filipino emotional burdens that Millennial content almost never addresses honestly, the weight of being the person everyone depends on. We get into the Panganay Tax, the invisible role that gets quietly assigned to whoever made it in the family, and the deeply cultural concepts of Utang na Loob and Hiya that make saying no feel like an act of betrayal. Backed by research on caregiver burnout and Filipino psychology, we also look at what carrying all of this actually does to your mind and body over time. And we close with something I really need you to hear, wanting your own life is not selfish.

The Millennial Squeeze Part 5 - "The Fear of Never Having Enough" | EP6
Have you ever looked at your bank account after doing everything right and still felt like it was not enough? In this episode, we get honest about what Millennial salaries actually look like in 2026, why saving feels nearly impossible when the cost of living keeps outpacing income, and the invisible financial obligations that nobody puts in a spreadsheet but almost every Filipino Millennial is quietly carrying. We also dig into the psychology of why the never enough feeling persists even for people who are objectively earning well, and why that is not a personal failure but a structural reality. This one is for every tier, the Bootstrappers, the Steady Earners, and the Loaded Ones, because the fear of never having enough does not discriminate.

The Millennial Squeeze Part 4 - "The Fear of the Price Tag" | EP5
If you have ever done the math on what it actually costs to get married, plan a honeymoon, and find a place to live in the Philippines today, you already know the numbers are genuinely overwhelming. In this episode, we break it all down honestly across three groups, the Bootstrappers, the Steady Earners, and the Loaded Ones, because the fear of the price tag hits everyone differently but it hits everyone. From civil weddings to full production celebrations, domestic honeymoons to international getaways, and rentals to house and lot realities, we talk about the real cost of commitment in 2026. And underneath all of it, we ask the question that nobody really wants to answer out loud, when everything comes with a price tag, does love start to feel more like a financial decision than an emotional one?

The Millennial Squeeze Part 3 - "The Fear of Commitment" | EP4
The Philippines is one of only two places in the world without divorce for the general population, and in this episode, I dig into why, what that actually costs people emotionally and financially, and what an entire generation is quietly doing about it. We look at the real numbers behind annulment, the surprising history of divorce once existing in the Philippines, and a fact that genuinely caught me off guard while researching this, Muslim Filipinos already have legal access to divorce today. I walk through both sides of the ongoing debate, the Catholic Bishops' Conference and the lawmakers and advocates fighting for change, along with conflicting survey data that shows just how divided this issue really is. Then I share my own honest take on who actually deserves the blame when a family falls apart. We also get into the quiet rise of couples choosing to live together instead of marrying, and the tension between social stigma and personal uncertainty that comes with that choice. This one connects straight back to the fear we talked about in Episode 1, because what if this isn't a fear of commitment at all, but a fear of being trapped with no way out. Understanding the World. The Millenial Squeeze Part 1 - "The Fear We Don't Talk About" | EP2
This episode was inspired by a powerful video from the Asian Boss YouTube channel, "Why the Philippines' Birth Rate Is Crashing Faster Than Japan," presented by Stephen Park. Full credit and gratitude to Stephen and the entire Asian Boss team for sparking this conversation. In Episode 1 of The Millennial Squeeze, we start where everything starts. Fear. Not the dramatic kind, but the quiet, persistent, always-present fear that an entire generation is carrying around every single day without fully naming it. The fear of not having enough. The fear of choosing wrong. The fear of a future that keeps moving out of reach no matter how hard you work toward it.In this episode, we look at what fear actually does to your body and your mind, backed by research from Harvard University, the journal Nature, Springer Nature, and ScienceDirect. We look at the data on Filipino Millennial and Gen Z mental health from Deloitte, AXA, and Meta-Gallup. And then, more importantly, we sit together in it. Because this episode is not just about the facts. It is about you. And reminding you that you are not alone, you are not failing, and the fear you are carrying makes complete sense. This is World Psych Views. Understanding the World. Healing the Mind. Connecting Humanity.
