Worth & Purpose

About Worth & Purpose

Welcome to Worth & Purpose, a space for women who want to grow in faith, find encouragement in hard seasons, and discover God’s purpose in everyday life. Growing up in the Philippines taught me humility and showed me that simplicity is one of life’s greatest blessings. Coming to America opened doors I never imagined but more than anything, it led me to Jesus. My faith has become the foundation of who I am, and this podcast is a place where I share that journey, the lessons God continues to teach me, and the hope we can all hold onto through every season. Let's dive in..

   Comparison

In this episode of Worth & Purpose, I reflect on the quiet ways comparison can affect our thoughts, identity, and sense of worth. I share a little about where I’ve been and how the Lord has gently led me into a place of greater freedom and gratitude. This conversation is a reminder that our worth is not defined by how we measure up to others, but by who God created us to be. If you’ve ever wrestled with comparison, I hope this episode encourages you to rest in your own journey and trust the process He is leading you through.

   Unlearning the Timeline

In this episode of Worth & Purpose, we’re talking about the pressure of timelines, the feeling that we need to be at a certain place by a certain age. So many people are in a hurry to achieve, to arrive, to “make it.” But what if life was never meant to be rushed? What if instead of measuring our lives by milestones, we placed everything in God’s hands and trusted His timing? This episode is about choosing to delight ourselves in the Lord, enjoying the season we’re in especially our 30s. When we slow down and walk with God, we’re not behind… we’re being prepared. Let’s learn to enjoy the time the Lord has given us now, so we can enter our 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond with peace, joy, and purpose 🤍

   Strong Women, Gentle Words

In this episode of Worth & Purpose, I talk honestly about marriage and the power of words how what we say, and how we say it, can either strengthen a relationship or quietly create distance. I explore how being careless with words in marriage while being kind and encouraging everywhere else can open emotional doors that were never meant to be opened. We talk about how words can make us feel successful, confident, and validated, but also how they can hide truth, twist reality, and slowly damage trust at home. I share a personal moment of godly advice that reshaped how I see strength as a woman not as control or self-elevation, but as a responsibility to build, encourage, and uplift my husband. This episode is a reminder that strong women don’t tear down they build with wisdom, humility, and love. Our words matter, especially at home, and when used with intention and grace, they can protect marriages and glorify God. 📖 “For of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.”  Luke 6:45 🤍 I pray this episode blesses you.

   Thank You God, For Dad

In this special and deeply personal episode of Worth & Purpose, I’m joined by my husband, Brandon Crotchett, as we remember and honor his dad our Dad Crotchett. A year ago today, he went home to be with the Lord. As we mark this day, we reflect on how God used his life in ways that continue to shape us. From the quiet strength of his faith to the way he loved his family, we share how the Lord used Dad Crotchett not only to impact those around him, but also to guide and strengthen our marriage. There were conversations, prayers, and moments where God used him as an instrument of wisdom, encouragement, and unity for us as husband and wife. The title of this episode was inspired by a simple yet powerful moment, finding the children’s book “Thank You, God, for Daddy” which opened the door to tears, gratitude, and remembrance. While grief is present, so is hope. We hold onto the promise that through Christ, this goodbye is not forever, and one day, we will see him again. We pray this episode encourages you to thank God for the fathers, father figures, and spiritual anchors He places in our lives and to trust His purpose even in seasons of loss. 🤍 Special Guest: Brandon Crotchett 🎧 A conversation filled with remembrance, faith, and grace

   Waiting Isn’t Empty

In this episode of  Worth and Purpose, I share a moment that stayed with me, one of those quiet reminders that God is always working, even when everything feels still. A few weeks ago, I heard a message about Peter going back to fishing while waiting for Jesus to appear again. That story shifted the way I see waiting seasons and faithfulness in the ordinary. Sometimes, God’s will isn’t loud or dramatic sometimes it’s found in simply doing what we already know how to do while we wait. That lesson came full circle when I met someone unexpected at work. Mr. Bill. A simple conversation turned into a powerful reminder about love, time, grief, service, and what truly matters in life. From a pink hat, a photo on the wall, and a 56-year love story, God gently showed me how purpose can be found in the quiet moments we often overlook. If you’re waiting for a breakthrough, direction, or clarity this episode is for you. A reminder that the waiting season isn’t empty, and that God often meets us right where we are. 🤍

   God Uses Broken People

In this episode of Worth & Purpose, we talk about a powerful truth we often forget: God uses broken people. Inspired by watching Joseph: King of Dreams, this conversation reflects on how God worked through Joseph’s suffering and how Scripture is filled with imperfect, flawed people who were still chosen by God. From betrayal and doubt to fear and failure, the Bible reminds us that brokenness does not disqualify us, it often becomes the very place where God’s purpose is revealed. This episode is an encouragement for anyone who feels unworthy, stuck, or discouraged by their past. If you’ve ever wondered whether God can still use you after mistakes, pain, or seasons of brokenness, this message is for you. Keep your eyes on Jesus, He restores, redeems, and renews 🤍

   Trusting God With Tomorrow

In this special New Year episode of Worth & Purpose, I share a gentle reminder for all of us stepping into a new season to love more, to heal from what hurt us, and to stop worrying about tomorrow. Inspired by Matthew 6:34, this episode is about learning how to rest in God’s grace for today instead of carrying the weight of what’s ahead. If last year brought pain, disappointment, or uncertainty, this episode is for you. We talk about letting go of fear, choosing love, trusting God with what we cannot control, and allowing Him to heal our hearts one day at a time. We’ll end in prayer together, lifting up anyone who feels weary, overwhelmed, or in need of hope as we step into a brand-new year. Come listen, breathe, and be reminded that today has enough grace for you and God is already in your tomorrow. 🤍
