<p>Thanksgiving holiday can be a stressful time for many who are trying to reach weight based goals and maintain healthy routines. But, I want to encourage you with this fresh revelation God has graciously shared with me: <strong>enter into this season with thanksgiving in your heart!</strong></p> <p>I know that may seem silly, but isn’t this why we are gathering? To come around the table and eat with our loved ones who we cherish and reflect on the things we are all grateful for.<br> <br> Family can be stressful, but you control the atmosphere you want to have. If you want it to be “stressful” and “annoying,” then act on that attitude, however, if you take your thoughts captive like Scripture says and change your thoughts from negative to celebration it ultimately changes your heart which will change the way you speak and act which creates the atmosphere you are in. <strong>The atmosphere will shift only when your mindset does.</strong> With that being said, I want to share a mindset shift when it comes to this holiday that’s centered around the table.<br> <br> In this podcast I share this new mindset I am taking with me on Thanksgiving day as well as my healthy Do's and Don'ts this Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I share nutrition and fitness tips and tricks to keep you going strong without spiraling into old patters and negative thoughts.&nbsp;<br> <br> What you do consistently day in and day out is what really matters. <p>I am so excited to have you join me for this encouraging word Holy Spirit graciously shared with me to share with you! I heard the Spirit of the Lord say "arise, for you will be victorious!" The battle the church has been facing has not yet finished and now more than ever, this is not the time to shrink back but to stand tall. My hope is that this word will inspire and empower you to stand tall yet again and keep trusting in God to deliver all that He has promised victoriously.&nbsp;</p> <p>The scriptures that were highlighted to me for this month were:</p> <p>- 2 Corinthians 1:6-7</p> <p>- 1 Corinthians 10:13</p> <p>Be encouraged for the Lord is at work! 6. Three Keys To Reset Your Health Today

<p>In today's podcast, I share my three keys to restart your health journey today! I find a lot of women live in guilt and shame around food and body image.</p> <p>The "all or nothing" mindset is something diet culture has created and it is not sustainable. What is true is that we are humans and there are times we may over indulge, but does that make us a failure? The answer to that question is a resounding no!&nbsp;<br> <br> If you are struggling with this mindset, I want you think think about your health and wellness journey similarly like your faith journey. Once we give our lives to Christ, does that mean we will never sin again? No and let me be clear here, I am not saying to make allowances for our sin for that would contradict the word of God. What I am saying is that by grace through faith in Christ Jesus, we begin to walk away from sin and quickly run to His feet especially after we recognize our mistake and ask for His mercy to come in and cover us.&nbsp;<br> <br> I find that when women are overindulging outside of a celebratory occasion or night and more of a daily struggle, it is purely a habit of eating your feelings instead of surrendering them to the Lord. Sister, please hear me when I say, I am not judging&nbsp;you. How could I when I myself have struggled with a similar thing? What I am saying is what your body is really hungry for is intimacy and that is found in the arms our Jesus. I want to encourage you to ask Holy Spirit to break the chains of addiction and to give you the courage to deny your flesh its comfort so you can experience His peace.&nbsp;<br> <br> You have the ability to walk towards your health and begin your journey again TODAY!&nbsp;What we do daily matters the most, and I want to share with you three keys that will unlock your health and transform your life.</p> <ol> <li>speak life over yourself the way God does (stop the negative shaming talk)</li> <li>eat a balanced meal with the LWD&nbsp;<a href="https://instagram.us19.list-manage.com/track/click?u=bc1fdf33cee7fb1831dc4c951&amp;id=2a25a6b345&amp;e=0cba1191de">#fivethrive</a>&nbsp;(fuel your body with the right things don't starve out of guilt or shame)</li> <li>walk outdoors to refresh your spirit aka activate your&nbsp;<a href="https://instagram.us19.list-manage.com/track/click?u=bc1fdf33cee7fb1831dc4c951&amp;id=a008684270&amp;e=0cba1191de">#restanddigest</a>&nbsp;(talk your feelings out with the Lord instead of eating them)</li> </ol> <p><strong>You are not a failure, you just need to be encouraged to begin again!</strong><br> <br> p.s. are you menopausal and needing help???
