Wrestling Gimmicks - Good, bad and Waylon Mercy

Wrestling Gimmicks I am joined in this episode by James Callaghan from Alty Radio. We discuss the good, bad and ones that worked but we hated. From IRS, JBL to Waylon Mercy. There will be more of these shows in the future as there are so many terrible gimmicks we couldn't do it justice in one show. I have created a scoring system for each event/storyline etc we talk about on the show: Perfect Plex Stone Cold Stunner Pedigree Torture Rack Rock Bottom Please give me a follow on my social media channels: www.twitter.com/wrestlinggold4 (http://www.twitter.com/wrestlinggold4) www.instagram.com/wrestlinggoldpodcast (http://www.instagram.com/wrestlinggoldpodcast) If you want to contact me direct with suggestions for future episodes or any feedback: wrestlinggoldpodcast@gmail.com (mailto:wrestlinggoldpodcast@gmail.com) If you do get time please can you drop a review of the show on your podcast listening app of choice just helps the show grow and get out there to more people. #wrestling #prowrestling #professionalwrestling #womenswrestling #indywrestling #impactwrestling #worldwrestlingentertainment #armwrestling #wrestlingmemes #wrestlingfigures #newjapanprowrestling #wrestlingfan #worldwrestlingfederation #wrestlingislife #supportindywrestling #independentwrestling #usawrestling #wrestlingnews #submissionwrestling #wrestlingclassic #catchwrestling #wrestlinguniverse #freestylewrestling #britishwrestling #wrestlingmom #classicwrestling #wrestlingtoys #wrestlingfans #worldchampionshipwrestling #wrestlingfigs

Cactus Jack vs HHH Street Fight | Royal Rumble 2000

Wrestling gold This is Wrestling Gold I am Chris Phelps this is the show where each episode I go back with a special guest and review some classic PPV’s/storylines or controversial moments in wrestling history. This week I am joined by Scott Weatherley from 20th Century Geek Podcast. Now Scott had me on his show recently to review 3 events Wrestlemania 14, Royal Rumble 92 AND Summerslam 92 he reignited a fire for old school wrestling. I usually save my passion for old school wrestling for when my wife watches tv I trawl youtube for content and matches I loved. But I wanted to create my own show talking about a form of entertainment I love. Scott chose the Street Fight at the 2000 Royal Rumble between Cactus Jack and HHH. We talk about the build up to the match starting on 27th Dec '99 Raw and all the way up to the event at Madison Square Garden 23rd January 2000. Please give Scott's podcast a follow and listen he's a great guy. http://www.20thcenturygeek.com https://twitter.com/20thCenturyGeek I have created a scoring system for each event/storyline etc we talk about on the show from top to bottom: 1) Perfect Plex 2) Stone Cold Stunner 3) Pedigree 4) Torture Rack 5) Rock Bottom Please give me a follow on my social media channels: www.twitter.com/wrestlinggold4 (http://www.twitter.com/wrestlinggold4) www.instagram.com/wrestlinggoldpodcast (http://www.instagram.com/wrestlinggoldpodcast)
