the submission that inspired this episode: "why is healing so draining. one day i feel grateful i wasn’t where i was a year ago, the next day i have the same mentality i did a year ago and spend the whole day feeling nothing but pity for myself. one day i feel proud of who i’m becoming, other days i hate myself. idk, i wish my relationship with money would heal but I’m constantly worrying or being jealous of others who don’t worry about the things i did when i shouldn’t have needed to worry about these things at that age. i hate that trauma isn’t a one and done thing. the triggers, inner work, emotions, are things you constantly have to deal with. oh well, going to wake up and try again tomorrow:’). thank u for this felt like i got some weight lifted off my shoulders."
