<p>Three...two...one...action! It's time to listen to every entry in WRYAT's critically acclaimed hit movie review series, The Boomer Zoomer Movie Review! It's the only show of its kind to bring together two film critics from different generations to talk about all things movies! The critics themselves are, respectively, a boomer and a zoomer who are...actually named Boomer and Zoomer. Not sure how that happened, but at least their names are consistent. The name of this show isn't, however, and you'll realize that almost immediately, but to call it The Entire Filmography of The Boomer Zoomer Movie Review/The Zoomer Boomer Movie Preview/The Boomer Zoomer Movie Recap/The Zoomer Boomer Movie Review/The Boomer Zoomer Movie Preview/The Zoomer Boomer Movie Revue and The Boomer Zoomer Movie Recap would be downright silly.<br /> <br /> However, their show's title aside, Boomer and Zoomer the people remain true to themselves and their unbridled passion for cinema throughout, and in listening to their journeys through film history, you may just end up learning something new about yourself, art, or the world we live in.</p> <p>You will absolutely learn how many times a grown-ass man in his late 70s can get COVID and somehow continue to live, motivated almost solely by the selfish desire to go see Forrest Gump II again in theaters, even (especially?) if it means infecting literally everyone else in attendance around them with a potentially lethal virus.</p> <p>So if that sounds like a good time to you, congrats, you'll get all of it and more in this taut 200-minute package. <p>Hey, everybody! Howl yawl doin'? </p> <p>Oooooh, that is so good to hear. Ya know what else is good to hear? Music, of course! And who hears it better than WRYAT's own in-house (sometimes literally) on-air off-book DJ, Loupothy Albus Severus Gooru? Or "Loupe Gooru" for short? Or just "Loupe" for even shorter but only if you're on a first-name basis with each other?</p> <p>For years, DJ Loupe Gooru spun wild tales and led WRYAT listeners down magical mystery tracks of all things music in and around the Greater New Orleans Area. This first volume of his collected works chronicles his interviews with musicians, run-ins with coyotes, musical musings, and calendar after calendar of live music performances & venues from 2019 through the first two and a half months of 2020 before Loupe mysteriously went missing. Yes, there was also that pandemic, but nobody remembers or even cares about that anymore. Besides, a lot of that stuff was largely unrelated to whatever was going on in Loupe's life at the time. Of course, no one's really clear on what's happening in Loupe's life at any time, least of all Loupe. You'll learn that (and so much more) listening to his body of work in its entirety, and every question about the man that actually does get answered raises about ten other questions that will hopefully never receive anything resembling answers of any kind. Hey, don't ask about anything you don't wanna know about, you know? Because if you know anything, it's not to ask about everything, because you never know what you'll never wanna know, even if you think you wanna know. <br /> <br /> You know?</p> <p>Alright, y'all! Get to listenin' to Loupe at his most musically-oriented in this volume, and be sure to check out less music but more Loupe in the second volume if ya give a coyote's howl! Then give us a coyote's howl, would ya? Come on, it's easy! Ya just open your mouth real wide while tryin' to purse your lips together at the same time and go "HOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWLLLLLLLOOOOOOOLLLLLLLL!" <br /> <br /> ...or something like that.
