<p>我们终于回来啦！！我们这期主要（闲聊catch up之余…）聊了一下小威在山里禅修和学习冥想的奇妙经历。和我们生活在现代社会为什么这么疲惫，为什么需要安静下来，找到自我的能量。 1. 小威妈差点报警，小威回来差点社死lol. </p> <p> 2. 小威在山里没有网络与世隔绝的“流浪汉”的快乐生活lol，“回到大自然里” </p> <p> 3. “太阳系所有的能量都来自于太阳，晒太阳就是直接吸收太阳的能量。” 练习早起观察日出，做禅瑜伽。 </p> <p> 4. 冥想的一些要素：“我此时此刻，什么都不想，什么都不要，什么都不做”，“不昏沉，不掉举”。 </p> <p> 5. 周围的杂音，内心的杂念，会让我们熵增，会减少我们的勇气，也会让我们看不清自我，人也会变得浮躁。无所事事，不专注的状态，也会让我们自己的能量外泄。 </p> <p> 6. 学会放空自己，感受“生命里没有什么，但平静而快乐”。有序的快乐，重新获得对世界充满爱的能力。 </p> <p> 7. 学习冥想，安静下来，内在的自我会自然的浮现出来，想法会变清晰，做选择会变得容易。因为杂音减少了，才能看到我们最真实的自我。快乐不再取决于外界，而是从自己而来，也有能力给别人带来快乐。 </p> <p> 8. 敏感不是缺点，要知道这里面蕴含着很大的能量，能感受到更多的美好。 </p> <p> 9. 专注的练习：呼吸法。 希望这期给大家带来一点快乐，一点平静。</p> <p><br></p>

这期聊一个很星辰大海的话题：潜水。Zhirui应该算是最会旅居时居家办公的朋友了，这次我们正值某“科幻视频”《阿凡达2·水之道》热映，和从潜水之旅回来的Zhirui聊聊踏上旅居生活后的他，在佛罗里达著名潜水小镇Key Largo生活数周后的体会。踏迹海里世界各处，穿入如同时间胶囊般的沉船废墟中穿梭，与可爱的鲨鱼们嬉戏（并活了下来🤣），遇见吉普车size的鱼群，探访生机勃勃的海底墓地后的他，收获了何等趣事？与此同时，对海洋环境的直观感受以及保育，他又有何看法？当然少不了的是，他在潜水的经历之中，对自己，以及与自然关系的看法转变。还聊了他的旅读计划，读万卷书，行万里路。
