Why YOU should get up earlier
<p>I am not saying get up at 4am like me but getting up an hour earlier than you do is beneficial for the ONE reason that I have come to see...<br/><br/>No it is not what is stated over social media - 'YOU GET MORE HOURS IN THE DAY' - because that is b******* (unless you require less than 6 hours to function).<br/><br/>Yes there are scientific pros and cons to getting up earlier, like everything else in the world, but this reason is just what I have seen after doing it for so long.<br/><br/>I thought I would share it with you so that you can see the benefits it has given me!<br/><br/>Enjoy!</p>
