015談108課綱/花媽訪問曲智鑛特教老師
<p>108課綱是台灣整體教育轉型，很重要的里程碑。會有改革的目的是希望教育能夠跟上時代。 <br /> <br />另外少子化的因素， 大家應該從課綱裡面，成就每一個孩子，帶好每個孩子。從國家的角度來看，教育是培養 國家人力資源 的一個場所， <br />所以更希望每個孩子都可以成為終身學習者的概念。 這也是108課綱裡面很重要的精神。 讓終身學習者俱備能力跟素養。 <br /> <br />108課綱非常強調核心素養，或者是素養導向的教學。 我們要教給孩子的，不僅是知識更重要的是素養。所謂的素養綜合的認知、 情義跟技能。 <br /> <br />終身學習裡面很重要的概念，是我們的學習跟教學都要符合學生所在的情境跟脈絡，學生要能夠把學校所學的這些素養，真實的應用在生活中，所以素養導向教學是非常強調跟實際生活經驗結合的。 <br /> <br />108課綱裡麵包含的核心素養有三面九項。 例如說「 自主行動」、「 溝通互動」、「 社會參與」， 三個項目中有9個細項內容。 <br />基本上就是一個公民 ，一個能夠具備終身學習能力的人 應該具備的核心素養是哪些。 <br />教育變革最重要的參與者是老師， 所以教室面臨著很大的考驗，就是怎麼把素養融入在課程當中，老師們已經不在是講單一的知識，而是要跨領域的整合。 <br />畢竟生活情境大部分都是跨領域的，問題的解決必須要包含各種不同的方式，例如說今天要烹飪煮東西，要了解數學測量，要買東西也可能包含英文法文名稱。所以它其實是綜合不同的專業領域，匯集在一起的。所以在教師之間很需要合作，共同討論課程， <br />打破學科的界線，落實素養導向的教學。 <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>

014談實驗教育的各種型態及現況/花媽訪問曲智鑛老師
<p>實驗教育四個字可以把它歸納成兩個面向 ，一個叫做學校型態的實驗教育 ，另一個面像叫做非學校型態的實驗教育。 <br /> <br />學校型態的實驗教育， 包含兩種類型， 一個是公辦公營， 一個是公辦民營。 <br />公辦公營包括台北市幾個知名的學校像是芳和國中、和平實小。 <br /> <br />公辦民營的實驗學校，會有原本的公立學校跟民間團體 ，包括基金會和協會合作共同來創辦學校的做法比較知名的是KAIST在台東花蓮甚至雲林都有分校。 <br />非學校型態實驗教育， 跟共學、 自學比較相關。 這部分包括個人自學，由家長自己寫自學計畫，帶孩子做個人自學。 <br /> <br />另外一種叫做團體學習，是透過幾個家長組成一個小團體共聘老師，來教自己的孩子用團體方式自學， <br /> <br />第三種就是類似台北市無界塾實驗教學這一種 機構式自學 。 這個會比較接近 學校型態的，學生人數 可以超過300人以上。 <br /> <br />所以其實如果講實驗教育從法規上或現行的形態上可以分成5種類型包括公辦公營、公辦民營、個人自學、團體自學、跟結構自學。 <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
