#121 続けるために、少しだけ形を変えます
<p><br></p><p>今回は、「夏至生まれのハーブな時間」からのお知らせです。</p><p><br></p><p>2023年のスタート以来、一緒に番組を続けてきた福井一恵さんと、これまでを振り返りながら、これからの番組についてお話ししました。</p><p>FM愛媛やNHKでお話しする機会のあった私に、</p><p>「Podcastもできますよ」</p><p>と背中を押してくれたのが一恵さんでした。</p><p><br></p><p>放送とは違う自由な場所で、本やハーブ、旅や暮らしのことを好きなように語り合える場として始まったこの番組。</p><p>収録のたびに季節の植物や本を持ち寄り、お弁当を囲みながら話した時間も、今となっては大切な思い出です。</p><p><br></p><p>お互いの仕事や暮らしを大切にしながら、これからも無理なく続けていくために、番組は少しだけ形を変えることになりました。</p><p><br></p><p>これからはメリッサの一人回が中心になりますが、一恵さんにも時々遊びに来ていただきながら、本やハーブ、人との出会い、そして暮らしを楽しむヒントをお届けしていきたいと思います。</p><p>終わりではなく、続けるための変更です。</p><p>今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。</p><p>後半では、次回ご紹介予定の『ものぐさガーデニングのすすめ』についても少しお話ししています。</p><p>「失敗続きのガーデナーが最後に開く本」</p><p>肩の力を抜いて生きるヒントにもなる一冊です。</p><p>どうぞお楽しみに。</p><p><br></p>
