“現実”の自給自足展 Design Alternative Realities 個別の現実を生起するためのデザイン—。目が見えづらくなっても様々な支援技術を組み合わせたり、他者とのコミュニケーションを粘り強く工夫し続けたりすることで、自らの仕事や生活を構築すること。自らが向き合わざるを得ないことに対してメディアテクノロジーの私的な造形を通じて考えること。カメラやレコーダーを持って散歩をし、新たな都市の見立てを発見し記録すること。また、それを服や空間そして音楽の制作に応用すること。デザインリサーチや社会学の専門化された技法をいち生活者として実践し、複雑な課題に寄り添い続けること。 本展では、このような実践やそれによって生まれた制作物を扱い、企画運営者である島影自身がその実践者と戯れながらワークショップ、公開インタビュー、上映会などを通じてその知や方法論を社会にひらいていく。それによって私たちの「"現実"の自給率」が上がることを願って。 島影圭佑 https://note.com/keisukeshimakage/m/md5c5eb21fca1
