花園大廈以往由七座以花命名的樓宇(花樓)和五座以雀鳥名稱命名的樓宇(雀樓)組成，街坊俗稱花園大廈為「七花五雀」，是觀塘的首個"廉租屋邨"，由香港房屋協會興建。花樓在80年代完成重建成為現在的玉蓮臺。而60年代落成的雀樓預計最快將會在2026/27年開始進行重建。 在雀樓的遊樂場旁邊，有一棵印度榕，數十年來一直默默的見證著每家每戶的變遷。由成家立室到現在三代同堂，花園大廈成為了街坊的安樂窩。在即將進行重建的這一刻,究竟街坊有着什麼和樹木相關的回憶，或者和村內植物有關的生活故事？ 樹木雖然不會說話，...

My Dear 樹
「親愛的樹，你好嗎？」 一句問候，一個關心。為了鼓勵人們多留意周圍的樹，繪本作家袁明珊（貓珊）在網絡社交平台為香港的樹設立信箱，收集一封封寫給樹的信，再為其繪製插畫。而在她的插畫中，往往不只會有一棵樹，她更著重呈現樹與人、社區之間的關係。所以，樹亦是她繪畫社區地圖的一個重要元素，希望令人重新反思樹的重要性，以及樹與人、社區、城市發展千絲萬縷的關係。 編導：袁潔玲
