「香港行山節」目的是推動全港市民參與，提高市民步行及行山的健康意識，「為健康一齊行」，同時希望將「遠足」打造成為「香港名片」。於香港回歸祖國25年之際，由香港出發，面向國際宣傳香港是遠足活動的首選熱點。 節目旨在推廣香港行山路徑及郊野公園，鼓勵市民一齊行，攜手發掘香港郊野公園的特色，推而廣之成為香港旅遊的重點。 本年度香港電台與香港少年領䄂團合作，以「香港行山節」為題，宣傳香港遠足好去處。配合介紹不同遠足路線的文化背景及打卡點，打造「文化」加「綠色旅遊」的新節目。節目希望來自其他國家的旅客，亦可從節目中得到香港行山遠足的訊息。節目拍攝亦得到民眾安全服務隊支持，確保節目在安全情況下拍攝，亦鼓勵大眾「安全行山」。

這集我們實地探索位於香港一東一西的藝術結晶，親身感受大自然與建築界的鬼斧神工。萬宜東壩有不少景點，好像六角形岩柱、海蝕洞及防波堤等，當中記載著水塘、鄉村和考古歷史，是香港聯合國教科文組織世界地質公園的重要景點之一。昂坪路線途經兩個香港標誌性建築，除有全球最高的戶外青銅坐佛天壇大佛外，另一個是位處鳳凰山山麓的心經簡林，是目前世界上最大的戶外木雕經林。當中經過彌勒山郊遊徑，更遠眺可飽覽現代都巿景觀，包括昂坪360、港珠澳大橋及機場跑道，體現香港基建的卓越領導地位。 香港電台香港少年領袖團聯合製作 主持...

這集我們會跟觀眾尋找香港根源。位於新界荃灣區青龍頭的圓墩村，原為香港一條客家村落，後來改作民安隊圓墩訓練營，成為訓練山嶺搜救中隊等救人救火的精英基地，但當局仍保留數座建於1780年的圓墩村古屋客家村屋；至於當年因罕災兼制水，而建成大量具有殖民地色彩的大橋及水塘，包括大潭更有四個水塘，成為行山客遊山看水的好去處。 香港電台香港少年領袖團聯合製作 主持︰#白原顥、#黃寶瑤
