<p>私たちは神の赦しを、どこかで「気まぐれな判定」や「自らの努力の成果」と勘違いしてはいないでしょうか。 マルチン・ルターのように自らを責めて身を削る苦行を重ねても、私たちの力では、神に対する罪の負債を「1円」すら返済することはできません。 なぜなら、私たちはあまりにも盲目だからです。</p> <p>映画『宇宙戦争』で人類の足元に巨大な敵が眠っていたように、私たちが日常生活を送っている足元には、「罪と滅び」という最大の敵が静かに横たわっています。神の義の前に立つとき、私たちがため込んできた「ツケ」は、私たちのどんな善行や頑張りによっても帳消しにはならないのです。</p> <p>しかし、そこに差し込むのが「福音」という一筋の光です。 旧約聖書の至聖所に隠されていた「贖いの蓋（ヒラステリオン）」。それは、人間が支払えなかった負債をうやむやにせず、神の御子の血によってすべてを「一括清算」するという、十字架の青写真でした。</p> <p>この救いは無料（フリー）ですが、安価ではありません。むしろ、神の御子の命という、決して値のつけられない「プライスレス」な重みを持っています。 求められているのは「信仰の強さ」ではなく、ただ「信頼して受け取った」という事実だけです。私たちは、ただ、差し伸べられたキリストの手を握ればよいのです。</p> <p>この真理が、なぜ私たちの人生を根底から覆す「革命」となるのか。神の義の凄まじさと、恵みの圧倒的な重さを、御言葉から真摯に見つめ直しましょう。</p>

ピリピ人への手紙(9) (大串剛)
<p>人間は、ついつい「あれもこれも」と付け足したくなる性分です。 携帯電話にカメラ機能を付けてみたり、トイレットペーパーに香りを付けてみたり。 でも、「混ぜたら危険」ということも。塩素系洗剤に酸性洗剤を混ぜたら有毒ガスが発生するように、時には命取りにもなりかねません。</p> <p>パウロが生きていた当時も、そんな致命的な行為を行う人々がいました。彼らは、純度100％の福音に混ぜ物をする人々で、イエスの十字架のあがないだけでは満足せず、律法に従わなければ救われないと語り、人々から喜びを奪っていたのです。そんな彼らに、パウロは真っ向から立ち向かいました。</p> <p>「混ぜるな危険！”福音”は純度100%の恵み！」</p> <p>皆さんが、もしクリスチャンライフに喜びを失っているならば、ちょっと立ち止まってみませんか。混ぜ物があれば捨て去り、喜びを取り戻しましょう！</p>
