EP.64 《是非要溫柔》/曾筠庭
在這個讓人不安的時代，再次翻閱聖嚴法師的《是非要溫柔》，內心感觸頗深。最近社會紛亂、天災人禍頻傳，特別是在分享前一天發生的無差別攻擊事件，讓人心中久久難以平靜。也正是在這樣的時刻，二十多年前讀過的這本書，重新浮現在心中，提醒我：面對是非與衝突，我們是否還能保有溫柔的心？ 《是非要溫柔》出版於1998年，是聖嚴法師接受《天下雜誌》副總編輯莊素玉的採訪筆錄，內容涵蓋職場相處、人我關係與企業家的人生格局。其中，特別觸動我的是〈安己安人與安樂世界〉這一章節。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

EP.63 《公案100》／劉貞誼
公案的角色結構往往極其簡單，多半是一位師父與一位弟子的對話；它不按邏輯出牌，也不需要過度說明。就像「火警取暖」的比喻，當師父喊失火時，領悟的人反而添柴取暖——這不是反常，而是超越常理的直指人心。更重要的是，公案常透過不斷的追問與當頭棒喝，引導修行者在困惑中自我突破，這正是話頭禪的精神。 書中〈不肯承擔〉這則公案，讓我印象深刻。藥山惟儼禪師問弟子東沙彌，長安如此熱鬧，為何他能保持內心清靜？進一步追問後，點出了關鍵：不是大眾得不到清靜，而是**不願承擔**。若不肯放下舊有的觀念與壞習慣，轉變就不會真正發生。 閱讀公案，或許不是為了得到一個答案，而是學習如何面對自己，並願意為自己的生命狀態承擔。這，也許正是《公案100》帶給我的最大提醒。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
