<p>白蘿蔔的營養豐富,可以助消化、振奮腸胃,使消化道裡的濕氣能盡快被排除,痰也會跟著減少。白蘿蔔的料理方式多元,除了煮成蘿蔔排骨湯,最常吃到的就是早餐店的港式蘿蔔糕。 <br /> <br />---------- <br />材料:</p><ul><li>蘿蔔糕(1大塊)</li><li>鹹蛋黃(3顆)</li><li>蒜頭(3瓣)</li><li>辣椒(2根)</li><li>大葱(1根)</li><li>橄欖油(少許)</li><li>鹽巴(少許)</li><li>砂糖(少許)</li><li>黑胡椒粉(少許)</li></ul><p></p><ol><li>步驟:</li><li>將蘿蔔糕切成小塊、蒜頭切成蒜末、辣椒切成小圈、大葱切成葱花來備用。</li><li>接著,在碗中打入鹹蛋黃,然後用叉子壓成泥狀。</li><li>鍋中加入橄欖油,熱鍋後加入蘿蔔糕,煎到表面酥脆之後,夾起來備用。</li><li>然後在同一個鍋中,再次加入橄欖油,熱油後加入鹹蛋黃稍微翻炒。</li><li>炒到鹹蛋黃冒泡,就可以加入蒜末、辣椒、葱花、鹽巴、砂糖和黑胡椒粉翻炒均匀。</li><li>最後,倒入煎好的蘿蔔糕快速翻炒,一道健康美味的特色料理就完成囉。</li></ol> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
