<p>歡迎來到第六季學次方聊聊天～<br>延續上一季透過 VIA 性格優勢量表陪伴大家尋找天賦的初衷，這季節目佳瑩和藍藍將為大家帶來學次方 2026 年的全新企劃。<br>填寫測驗雖然能快速獲得完整報告，但往往受限於閱讀能力、網路操作及費用門檻。因此，本集將介紹一套門檻更低、更貼近日常的新工具，帶領大家在不依賴測驗的狀況下，從生活中的「覺察」出發，發掘專屬於你的優勢亮點！<br> <br /><strong>本集亮點與核心重點：</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>擺脫測驗框架，從生活覺察優勢</strong> 當你在做某件事感到快樂、有成就感，甚至願意為了它持續主動把事情做得更好時，這通常就是優勢的切入點；反之，若無論如何努力都覺得辛苦、缺乏成就感，就可能不是你的優勢所在。</p></li><li><p><strong>全新工具：SPARK 框架</strong> 生活中有些感覺總是無味雜陳、摸不著頭緒，而「SPARK 框架」能幫你把這些感覺與畫面「梳理」出來，進而發現重複出現的共同點與優勢。框架包含五個拆解步驟：</p><ul><li><p><strong>S (Situation 場景)</strong>：記錄事件發生的時間、地點與當下情境（例如：早晨在家裡，正急著要出門）。</p></li><li><p><strong>P (Participant 參與者)</strong>：除了自己以外，有誰共同參與或互動（例如：小孩）。</p></li><li><p><strong>A (Action 行動)</strong>：具體發生了什麼行為（例如：小孩換有披風的衣服，忘記穿襪子還在搞笑）。</p></li><li><p><strong>R (Result 結果)</strong>：事件導致的結果（例如：原本覺得煩，但因為太荒謬而笑出來）。</p></li><li><p><strong>K (Key Energy 關鍵能量)</strong>：<strong>這是最關鍵的一環</strong>，記錄你主觀的「能量變化」（例如：因為笑出來而從緊繃變得放鬆，產生了更多處理遲到壓力的能量與餘裕）。</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>36 個生活覺察提問，找出你的優勢脈絡</strong> 學次方從「自己、標竿、同儕、重要他人」這四個影響個人的元素切入，設計出了 36 個貼近生活的引導問題。例如：<strong>「最近一次感覺嘴角不自覺上揚，是在做什麼事？」</strong> 透過這些問題並套用 SPARK 框架反覆分析，你將能慢慢找出自己在什麼場景容易恢復能量、行為背後的動力是什麼，甚至發掘自己深層的價值觀與處事原則。</p></li></ul><p><strong>行動指南與活動資訊：</strong> 不需要一天回答完 36 個問題，建議給自己一兩個禮拜的時間沉澱，每週挑選一兩題來記錄與感受即可。</p><ul><li><p>想了解更多題目，歡迎關注學次方的官網或粉專。</p></li><li><p>若想進一步深入探討，學次方也提供個人及小團體諮詢預約。</p></li><li><p><strong>近期活動</strong></p><ul><li><p>4 月 19 日在三峽「物物島」將舉辦實體講座</p></li><li><p>4 月 26 日週末則線上工作坊<br><br>加入會員，支持節目： <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://learn4power.firstory.io/join">https://learn4power.firstory.io/join</a></p></li></ul></li></ul><p>留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： </p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
