EP 3: Latinx Heritage Month and Rants

Hola Amigos! Welcome BACK to another episode of Ya Tú Sabes Podcast! It's been un minuto, so let's catch up! In this episode, we give you a lil update of our lives (Anel's microphone stops working from 3:30-4:53 so just skip that part lol), chismear about what being Latina means to us and why we as a Latin community replace the term "Hispanic" with "Latinx" when referring to Latinx Heritage Month. We also rant a little (or a lot) about the lack of inclusion and awareness within the Latin community, and offer some advice to those who seek to ignite change. They chismear about how they got into astrology, the meanings of sun, moon, and rising signs, and the different groupings of the signs. They also share information and their own opinions on each of the 12 signs of the zodiac! In addition, they talk about the late famed astrologer Walter Mercado, his documentary, Mucho, Mucho Amor, and how his influence and legacy in the Latinx community is still so strong today.
