Gelboys 2 (ตกอยู่ในสถานะติ่งแฟน) and Fandom Discourse | EP. 16
DISCLAIMER: ALL OPINIONS IN THE VIDEO ARE OUR OWN!!! WE DON'T EVEN AGREE WITH EACH OTHER ON EVERYTHING!! And with that disclaimer out of the way, on this episode of YGSW, Mya and Sama discuss all things Gelboys 2!! We have been waiting on the edge of our seats since the end of season 1, and the second season certainly did not disappoint. From Fou4mod becoming an idol, to Baabin becoming the president of his fanbase, to all the fandom-related chaos that ensued, Gelboys 2 was a hard watch....but in a good way. Rather than a review, this episode touches a lot more on how different aspects of fandom culture in the modern day were represented in the show, and how we feel about them in general. And of course, we welcome healthy and respectful debate in the comments!

Ticket to Heaven (เด็กชายไม่ไปสวรรค์) review | EP. 13
Hello and welcome to another episode of YGSW, the BL podcast! On this episode, we discuss every queer person's favourite topic, religious trauma (yay). Ever since the series was announced in 2024, we have all been on the edge of our seats, waiting for Ticket to Heaven to finally air. And now that it's over, what a series it has been! Ticket to Heaven brought to our screens a story that so many have shied away from, one that touches on the crossroads of religion and queerness. This series was truly a beautiful and painful watch, and we commend Gemini and Fourth for their incredible acting performance. Thank you to P'Aof for sharing his story with us.

Love Upon a Time (ภพเธอ) review | EP. 11
Hello, and welcome to another episode of YGSW!! We are back with another series review, and this time, it's yet another Domundi series, Love Upon a Time! If Duang with You was Sama's "roman empire", then Love Upon a Time is definitely Mya's. From reincarnated soulmates to time travel to debauchery and a huge mystery to be solved, this series definitely kept us on the edge of our seats. Domundi has definitely been on a roll with back-to-back amazing series, and we look forward to seeing what else they have in store for us *wink wink* (writing this caption while watching the DMD lineup)

Duang With You review (ด้วงกับเธอ) | EP. 10
We (mainly Sama) really didn't want to record this episode, but...Duang with You has well and truly come to an end :( And so with that, we couldn't NOT share with everyone all of our thoughts and (many) feelings on the series that quickly became our comfort show. Duang with You truly showed us how to make a university drama that still feels like a breath of fresh air in an otherwise oversaturated genre. From the acting to the OST, to the cinematography, to the chemistry, this series had it all!!! Suffice to say, Duang with You is definitely one of our favourite releases of this year so far.
What did you think of Duang with You? What do you think made this series capture the hearts of so many? Let us know your thoughts in the comments down below 👇🏽

Are high school & university dramas getting repetitive? | EP. 8
Welcome to another episode of YGSW with your hosts, Sama and Mya. This week, we’re diving into a subgenre that BL fans hold near and dear: high school and university dramas.
From the classic, ancient BL texts, like SOTUS, to everyone’s current obsession, Duang With You, we explore why campus-set QLs continue to dominate the genre. Are all high school and university dramas created equal? What makes these stories so appealing to both production companies and audiences? And what are the key ingredients for a truly successful campus BL?
Join us for another yap session as we break down the tropes, the nostalgia, and the formula behind one of the most beloved subgenres of QL media.

Attitudes to Queer Love media | EP. 7
Your hosts, Mya and Sama, are back with another yap session, and this time…we might get cancelled (fingers crossed not). In this episode, we unpack the attitudes towards Queer Love (QL) media that we’ve witnessed and experienced ourselves, from both outside and within fan communities. From blatant homophobia to subtle fetishisation, we’re diving into some uncomfortable but necessary conversations. Why was P’Jojo criticised over the supposed “late” release of Girl Rules, and what does that reaction reveal about internalised homophobia within our own community? Why are some fans so obsessed with “positions” in fictional pairings, forcing our beloved switch couple PorTeeteePor to becomeTeeteePor? And why do openly queer actors so often feel pressured to repeatedly prove their queerness because their own “fans” don’t believe them?As always, but especially with this episode, all opinions expressed are our own. We welcome respectful discussion and would love to hear your thoughts.
