Eye strain manifests as dryness,fatigue, and discomfort due to extended screen time and poor lighting. When our eyes fatigue, they can cause headaches and disrupt our sleep patterns. Recognizing the causes of eye strain emphasizes the need for effective relaxation techniques before bedtime. By focusing on eye relaxation, you’re not just addressing eye comfort; you&#39;re promoting a holistic approach to maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Start by finding a comfortable and quiet spot where you can sit or lie down. Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. This will help calm your body and soul. Now, rub your hands together briskly to generate warmth, then gently place your palms over your closed eyes without putting pressure on them.
