【第5回】日々のくらしから育むリーダーシップ〜リーダーにならなくたっていい〜
今回ご紹介する本は伊賀泰代さん著『採用基準 地頭より論理的思考力より大切なもの』。会社が人を採用する際の評価基準が詳しく書いてあるかと思いきや、実際にはリーダーシップについて書かれた本。伊賀さんは、リーダーシップは「リーダー」という役職がなくても、普段の生活から発揮できるもの、そして育めるものだとおっしゃっています。こういった意味で考えると、リーダーシップは周りの人や社会に貢献するために役立つし、かつ欠かせないものなのだと感じます。

今回ご紹介するのは大西進さん著『紅茶の絵本（ABOUT TEA）』。わたしは紅茶が大好きなので、この本を手に取りました。紅茶を飲む時間は、一日の中でもほっと一息つける、大切な時間です。いつか、紅茶のカフェを開きたいな、なんて考えています。シリーズで『コーヒーの絵本』『チーズの絵本』もありますよ。
