<p>面白い本だったので紹介します。</p><p><br></p><p><a href="https://zaiyakenkyu.base.shop/items/138914843">荒木優太『内田樹の時代』</a></p><p><br></p><p>内田樹氏は2000年代を代表する評論家でしたが、2010年代に入ってからは、自身のこれまでの主張や言説と明らかに矛盾するようなSNSでの発信が目立つようになり、多くのファンを失望させました。</p><p><br></p><p>なんでそんな変節が起きてしまったのか、心境は本人にしかわからないと思いますが、私もかつてのファンとして、どこか悲しい気持ちとともに、熱心に彼の本を読んでいた当時のことを思い出しました。</p>

#019 ハイコンテクストとローコンテクスト
<p>「日本はハイコンテクスト、欧米はローコンテクスト」。この分類は、異文化理解の場ではよく耳にする指標です。</p><p><br></p><p>特にビジネスやダイバーシティの文脈では、コミュニケーションコストが低いとされる「ローコンテクスト」が推奨される傾向にあります。</p><p><br></p><p>しかし、この文化のラベル付けには少し注意が必要です。</p><p><br></p><p>そもそも、ある集団が「ハイかローか」を判断すること自体、見る側の立ち位置や恣意性に大きく左右されるのではないでしょうか。</p><p><br></p><p>例えば、アジアや中東をハイコンテクストと定義する考え方は、欧米的な視点から見た心理的・文化的な「距離感」によるものすぎない、という一面を理解することが重要でしょう。</p>

<p>BIMに関する面白い記事を取り上げました。</p><p><br></p><p>芝浦工大の志手先生による記事です。</p><p><br></p><p>BIMにおける協議と規範</p><p><br></p><p>日本は協議を重ねながら柔軟に最適解を探す傾向があり、欧米ではISOのような共通規格を基準に意思決定する傾向がある、という指摘です。</p><p><br></p><p>海外プロジェクトで働く中で、この感覚にはかなり納得感があります。</p><p>多様なバックグラウンドを持つ人が集まる環境では、規格は単なるルールではなく「共通言語」、志手先生のいうところ「信仰」のようなものです。</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>結局のところ、どちらが良い悪いではなく、柔軟性と規範意識を良いとこ取りするバランス感覚が重要なのだと思います。</p>
