<p>本期是一场关于稳定币的讨论，讨论的内容包括稳定币的定义、价值、汇率锚定方法、风险。同时还讨论了几个成功运行的稳定币项目：</p><blockquote>1.<a href="https://tether.to/">Tether</a>：体量最大的稳定币，由Tether公司发行，采用法定资产锚定的方式发行，其中法定资产包括美元现金、债券等，由于其不透明性，USDT暴雷的传闻一直没有间断。</blockquote><blockquote>2.<a href="https://www.circle.com/en/">Circle</a>：美帝监管下‘合规’的稳定币USDC。</blockquote><blockquote>3.<a href="https://www.terra.money/">Terra</a>：截止2022年最成功的算法稳定币项目，通过发行中间货币LUNA来控制其稳定币的供需，其锚定美元的稳定币为UST，同时发行韩元、欧元、日元等稳定币。其核心生态为：存款借贷平台Anchor，资产锚定Mirror，韩元稳定币支付应用Chai。</blockquote><blockquote>4.<a href="https://makerdao.com/">MakerDAO</a>：采用超额质押数字货币来铸造稳定币DAI，同时该机构也是去中心化浓度最高的，其本身也是一个去中心化组织（DAO）。</blockquote><blockquote>5.<a href="https://paxos.com/">PAX</a>：币安的BUSD，是由该机构发行，该机构同时也发行自己的稳定币USDP。</blockquote><blockquote>6.<a href="https://www.gemini.com/">Gemini</a>: 交易所Gemini 发行的锚定美元的稳定币GUSD，具备保险机制。</blockquote><blockquote>7.USDK：由交易所OKEX发行在锚定美元的稳定币。网址就不放了。</blockquote><ul> <li>币圈94事件：2017年9月4日央行联合七部委全面叫停ICO，定性ICO为非法融资行为，国内交易所也被关闭。</li></ul>
