EP10｜台灣騎樓的困境！
台灣位處亞熱帶地區，高溫多雨，騎樓是一種地理環境的產物。以容積獎勵，換取私有空間供大眾步行使用。 但台灣早期大眾運輸發產過慢，市民以機車做主要交通工具，超量的機車造成機車停車空間嚴重不足，以致佔用人行道、騎樓。行人步行相對不友善，反過來更依賴機車代步，形成惡性循環。 台灣的法規，騎樓包含於人行道，人行道包含於道路，所以對道路的規範完全適用於騎樓，騎樓的違規完全適用於中央的交通道路處罰條例。所以在騎樓擺設桌倚、停車、擺設盆栽，除非另有規定（經政府許可、如商圏自治條例），一般警察可以開單處罰。 最近高雄市開放騎樓可以停機車（保留1.5米供行人通行），算是解決一部分問題，但機車停在騎樓又必須經過人行道，又威脅了行人的安全。除非是老人、殘障人士騎在人行道可罔開一面，警察也可以對在人行道騎開單，尤其經過波蘭記者的提醒。 部分解決之道： 1. 中央修法，將騎樓排除道路適用範圍，授權地方政府訂定自治條例管理。 2. 機車停騎樓還是一題難題？！ IG ↦ instagram.com/genewuofficial FB ↦ facebook.com/genewu5568

大學宿舍的品質有好壞，不少人期待之餘也害怕受傷害。 「我難以想像這種住宿常態，單人房很少，大多學生四個人住一間，這樣不是互相干擾嗎，根本沒有隱私可言吧。我看到四人房的空間還非常狹窄，這樣的空間要住四個成人， 真是不可思議，很難想像這樣的生活品質。」我想，這些話是大一新鮮人在選擇『是否要入住』學校宿舍前常說的。 台灣是否能夠改變宿舍擁擠狹小的常態？又或者讓人住起來安心舒適 那就來聽聽益政議員怎麼說！ IG ↦ instagram.com/genewuofficial FB ↦ facebook.com/genewu5568

EP08｜中正運動場華麗大轉身！
26年前曾舉辦世界巨星麥可.傑克森演唱會的中正運動場將華麗轉身！ 中正運動場將轉身為Kaohsiung Highline運動公園計畫，將田徑場三分之二看台打掉，採取減量設計，打除後材料回收再利用，將塑造成綠意山丘，傳統的體育館將蛻變轉型為複合式運動場館，除了更符合都市生活空間，也全數保留原有運動功能，創造出開闊、綠意的運動、遊憩步道，串聯中正運動場、衛武營等空間，提昇高雄東區嶄新的面貌！ IG ↦ instagram.com/genewuofficial FB ↦ facebook.com/genewu5568
