ユーザーになりきり、営業と一緒にCRM/SFAを作りあげたPdM
<p>今回は、ディップ株式会社の新規事業部門で社内DX部署の責任者 兼 PdMである亀田 重幸さんにお話を伺いました。</p> <p>亀田さんは、ディップに入社しエンジニアとしてキャリアをスタートされた後に、ディレクター、新規事業を担当してプロダクトマネージャーとしてのスキルを身に付けてこられました。</p> <p>歴代のCRMの利用が苦戦を続けてきた中、3ヶ月間営業拠点に通い続けてインタビューやプロトタイプでの壁打ちを繰り返しながら、社内のほとんど（約99%）の営業マンが利用するCRMを作り上げられたエピソードは一読の価値ありです。</p> <p>また、亀田さんが責任者を務める組織でのPdMに求めるミッションやスキルについても語っていただいており、個人のキャリアを考える上で参考になりますので、ぜひご覧ください！</p>
