這一集，我們來到倫敦的 Dans le Noir ?——一間讓客人在全黑環境中用餐的餐廳。當視覺被拿走，我們開始更仔細地聽聲音、感受食物的味道與質地，也重新注意到平常那些容易被忽略的感官。這也是電影 《About Time》男女主角第一次見面的地方。
電影裡，主角擁有可以回到過去的能力，卻慢慢明白，真正重要的並不是一直修改人生、重新選擇，而是學會好好地活在已經發生的每一個普通日子裡。

每年八月，英國南部 Eastbourne 的海岸線都會變成一座巨大的「天空舞台」——這就是 Airbourne: Eastbourne International Airshow。
Airbourne 始於 1993 年，第一屆就由英國皇家空軍著名的 Red Arrows 紅箭飛行隊擔綱主秀。經過三十多年發展，Airbourne 已經成為歐洲國際最具代表性的免費海濱航空展之一，沿著 Eastbourne 約 兩英里的海岸線舉行，每年吸引數十萬名觀眾。
這裡最迷人的地方，就是你不需要坐在封閉的機場看台裡——只要站在海邊，抬頭就能看到戰鬥機、老式戰機與特技飛行隊在英吉利海峽上空演出。今年比較可惜的是Red Arrow 因為北美天氣耽誤，返回英國的行程延誤，所以沒辦法參加。
