Episode 6 - The Battle of Player-Poets: What are the differences between writers and sad boys? Do literary legacies justify the different kinds of violence Franz Kafka and Ted Hughes inflicted on their lovers? How might the concept of neurodiversity reshape the way we examine the lives of writers?
This episode was recorded live on IG. We moved from love letters to astrology, gossip to history, male players to fierce women (Milena Jesenská, Sylvia Plath), arriving at the profound realisation that “it is more blessed to give [poetry] than to receive [pain]”. We wish everyone a very hydrated 2025.
