In difficult times we tend to lean into our weaknesses or shadow parts of ourselves. We have opportunities to spin this around and take charge of our presence of mind, become aware of old patterns and habits, then choose to re-center in any given moment. By tuning inward we have easier access to our intuition and the tools we can use to further strengthen our connection to ourselves in real time. Remember to be compassionate with yourself and this process. It&#39;s a practice and like we mentioned earlier, an opportunity for a self check-in.
