Don’t be discouraged by rejection ft Sarah Sagan
*This episode was pre-recorded on the 27th of February 2020, before the global lockdown ensued.* In this episode, we are joined by perhaps one of the warmest souls I have met in all of my travels, I connected with our guest a few weeks ago while exploring the Republic of Benin. She is an international development worker with Dimagi- an international organization on a mission to build technology that improves the efficiency and quality of impact-driven work globally. She serves as Director of Project Delivery in 6 countries across Agriculture, Education, nutrition and HIV prevention. Our guest also works as Pipeline and Reports officer with the World Food Program. She is a recipient of the highly acclaimed Princeton in Africa Fellowship and a graduate of Vanderbilt University where she bagged a Cum Laude (Latin for Honors) in History and Political science and a minor in French! We gab about what it’s like to get into International Development work, our shared love for cooking, trade stories of curing our biggest fears, how to manage personal safety when traveling abroad and why being helpful is the surest to connect with people while abroad. — This week's notification squad shoutout goes to @radioboy_ricky. See challenges as gifts and use that fuel your passion ft Adam Bradford
From conquering bullies in high school to meeting the Queen, sitting on the same board as Prince Harry and supporting thousands of young persons across the globe to scale their progressive, problem solving ideas, this week’s guest is an example of what it means to be a part of the #InsaneArmy.
On this episode, i am joined by Gambling addiction campaigner and Queen’s Young Leader Award winner, Adam Bradford, a young social entrepreneur and one of just three UK winners of the prestigious Queen’s Young Leader Awards, a Commonwealth wide initiative. Adam was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome, a form of autism, at the age of 11. He was determined to set up his own business and gained a place at the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy. He launched an IT social enterprise and set up a mentoring and business challenge in his home town of Sheffield. He has since supported more than 1,000 young people to set up community projects, social enterprises and campaigns for social good. Adam also works to raise awareness of autism and gambling addiction and has worked with young ex-offenders to turn their lives around.

THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE ANTI-BUCKET-LIST | Should you get one?
In this episode, I sit down and explore the concepts of the anti-bucket list. How it affects our future.
Bucket list is a lost list of activities someone wants to do before he or she dies is often called a bucket list. A bucket list is essentially a list of things you want to do before you die. They can be serious and important or fun and adventurous.
The anti-bucket-list explores the things that we don’t to ever experience. I walk you through both lists, and give tips on how to create yours.

Is the minimalist lifestyle right for you?| + Tips on How To declutter
Ever wondered what it’s like to live a life of lightweightness? (That’s not a word, I know!) In this episode, I breakdown what it really means to be a minimalist, the concept and philosophy of it and how you can declutter your life.
Being a minimalist means you value yourself more than material things. It means making decisions based on what you need instead of getting everything you want. It does not mean the things you buy are cheap.
