護理暨健康福祉學院與埔里基督教醫院產學合作，培養具有國際視野和跨文化敏感度的護理人才，在多元文化環境中提供全方位的護理照護服務，期許學生在四年專業培育後具有以下專業核心能力，包含：一般臨床護理能力、關愛能力、基礎生物醫學科學應用能力、倫理能力、溝通與團隊合作能力、批判性思考能力、護理健康照護使命能力、終身學習能力，提供積極有愛學習的能力創建新一代的人才。 邀請 雨潔 同學分享，刻板印象長照機構是電視媒體報導，機構中長輩就是看電視，被約束在輪椅或在床上情景。雨潔同學來到愛蘭護理之家服務學習中，陪伴長輩聊天，學習陪伴中認識自己的護理使命。埔基長照機構在政府政策支持中，生活環境良好專業照護人員服務都讓服務品質有了提升。一次服務中長輩忘記了雨潔，他非常難過，原來被人忘記了的感覺是如此痛。希望雨潔將此事放在心裡，知道沒有人能主動忘記，因為我們有愛，所以我們會繼續在使命中努力。未來雨潔對護理工作的期待在成為麻醉專科護理師接受挑戰。讓我們一起聽聽，讓陪伴的愛與成長的感動，紀錄我們生命中充滿愛的每一項服務。 B&B Radio幫幫廣播網 文堂/菁菁主持《有愛就是家》
