Both Nguyen and Young emphasized the importance of seeking professional help and support for those who may be struggling with an eating disorder, and they also highlighted the need for greater awareness and understanding of these conditions. They also discussed the fact that eating disorders affect people from all walks of life and can have serious consequences for both physical and mental health.
