Surviving The Storms Of Life
Life has its storms. I have learnt that it is not a matter of if, it is a matter of when and how. It is good then to be prepared and know how to withstand those storms. When hurricanes or weather storms come we prepare by getting enough drinking water and food supply, building strong houses or evacuating to safe areas. Right? I want you also to be prepared for the storms that life throws at you. Then you can stay warm, dry, and laugh at the storm. Ready? One important step in preparation is surrounding yourself with people who speak life to you. People who will encourage you and build you up no matter what.

Studying medicine has helped me with a better understanding and having more Hope and resilience. And I want to transfer that hope to you as well. Human body is amazing. It is very detail oriented, sophisticated and simply wonderful. So It tells me there is so much potential in life.

<p><br></p> <p>One of the great benefits of being a physician is that I have studied medicine, I have studied human body. Anatomy physiology immunology and pathophysiology. So basically knowing how all the organs are made. And let me tell you that is one amazing sophisticated detail oriented body. It is possible to give without loving but it’s impossible to love without giving and if the body is so amazing he tells me there is a lot of lab that has gone into making this body.</p> <p>The body operates so smoothly that You do not even notice all the things that are happening inside of your body at the same time. That is how smooth it works. You don’t notice the effort for the breathing, for your heart beating, for all your muscles working and all your cells communicating.</p> <p>So if your body is so amazing then do not worry. The creator of your body is so thoughtful, So resourceful, so detail oriented and so creative.He will also take care of you. With all your flaws, with all your weaknesses you are wonderful way you are.</p> <p>Do not deprive the World of your Youness.</p>
