Mindset plays a pivotal role in Carina's life whether peaking for a meet, coaching her athletes, judging or running a meet, or raising her 10 year old son. </p> <p>In addition to being single mom, Carina is a coach, ref, and meet director for the WRPF (World Raw Powerlifting Federation) and a full time social worker. She's been competitively powerlifting for 6 years. She also sees patients virtually in OR, WA, and NH. She provides comprehensive and evidence-based menopause healthcare, treating bothersome symptoms such as hot flashes as well as addressing other areas of health that can be impacted by menopause, including mental health, sexual health, cardiovascular health and bone health.
