Podcast Overview

Welcome to my podcast. This podcast is all about how what your five senses presents to you as far as the brain is concerned, plays a big part in every choice, decision, action, and behavior that you do negatively or positively. Part of the reason why we ended up down the negative situations that we went through is because we trusted other people, versus us doing our own research to verify if what they were saying was true. We also let our emotions lead us down the wrong path because we wanted to be loved, liked, appreciated, valued, wanted, needed, to be a part of something, validated, to be approved, to be accepted, for someone to know your worth, and to prove something to people that will never for the same to you. A lot of the people that you are trying to be captain save a hole, build a bears, build, dolls, people, pleasers, and fillers will never do the same for you. So instead of us using our critical thinking, common sense, and common judgment based upon the research that we did based upon what our senses presented to us, going through the pros and cons of the situation, the morals, values, principles, and ethics, as well as the consequences, repercussions, and karma of our actions should determine what choices, decisions, actions, and behaviors that we do. So 99.9% of the decisions that we make, are not based upon research, or thinking about it, it is more based upon how we feel about the situation and the people who we listen to. so majority of the negative things that we have went through is based upon our feelings more so than our thoughts and the information that we should’ve gotten to make the right decision. So, this podcast is all about helping people as far as how to go about processing the information that your five senses present to you, as well as your body? How the mind and the body have to be on the same page in order to make the correct decision? How the mind and body do not always agree when it comes to the actions, choices, decisions, and behaviors that we do? These are just a few things that will be talking about on this podcast. I look forward to you guys enjoying and listening to this new podcast that I’ve created.

Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/you-are-what-you-consume-podcast--5314327/support.
