0010 BETA Episode: Q & A with The Butter Evangelist, Cajun Bahn Mi, Best way to cook pork belly and much more...
Whats going on y'all!! This is Lance with The You Bet Your Ass It’s Good Podcast. In this hopefully first of many Q and A episodes featuring Christy “The Butter Evangelist” Faucheux, the other founder of Avec Tous Spice, we discuss a lot of good topics. For Example: What's the best way to cook Pork Belly? The Avec Tous Bahn Mi!! What are our favorite sides? Overrated spice blends and spices… Should we be eating a lot of chicken? How many steaks does it take to feed your family?!
By the way, have you ever compared the price of feeding your family some carefully purchased steaks vs going out to eat mediocre food? Lemongrass Pork! We even talk a little shit about a NOLA fave restaurant. I’m not going to name names... hahaha!
