总算来到了年度kpi完成现场，先录个10期再说，蘑菇和布丁可以开始庆祝了，cheers！ 今年的最后一期，我们来聊聊“感情”吧。或者说，聊聊爱情。 今年有一档古早的真人综艺节目叫《再见爱人》，恋爱中的，恋爱过的，结了婚的，单着身的，都能在这档综艺里找到自己或者身边人的影子，找到亲密关系的映射，因为，那些相处的细节，细腻的情绪，都太过真实了。<hr style="border:0px;margin:20px 0px;background:#ddd;display:inline-block;width:100%;border-style:solid;height:1px;"> 爱是一种与生俱来的能力吗？  爱是在岁月长河中逐步了解，逐步雕琢，用生活的细节和人与人之间紧密的连结拼成的。 爱是一种习得的能力，我们或许觉得那是人性，但其实却忽略了人性在每个个体身上呈现出来的复杂。 有很多的问题，不是yes or no那么简单，也有很多的答案，不是非黑即白那么笃定。<hr style="border:0px;margin:20px 0px;background:#ddd;display:inline-block;width:100%;border-style:solid;height:1px;"> 我们先来探讨一下什么是“爱”。 如果我把我最珍视最难获得的一切都给了你，这难道不算是爱吗？ 我们想，老王和朱雅琼这一对，是不是，旧时的爱情观在新时代遭受了挑战。 即使受了委屈，也默默笑着看你，即使说着互相不理解，但却拼了命的相互保护，这不算是爱吗？ 我们看，章贺和郭柯宇这一对，彼此的执拗在对方面前竖起一堵墙，最后也找到了心中的答案。 如果明知我就一个要求，对方也满足不了，这难道足够爱吗？ 我们疑惑，kk和佟晨洁明明是最默契的一对，为什么在谈论到同一个问题时，总是反复进入一个不能妥协的死循环。 我们怎么去确认“爱情”。又怎么去面对和珍惜。 想聊的太多，聊得出答案的太少。 那我们就随意聊一聊我们的“那个朋友”吧。 我有个朋友……

Vol.09｜啊～每天都想辞职 —— 如何面对工作中的“丧”？

对不起，我们又拖延了…… 虽然没几个听众，但是要礼貌些，一上来先认怂（都是因为蘑菇太懒了）。 想个选题花时间，写个大纲花时间，但没想到花了一个多月的时间蘑菇才写了两行？？ 坚持做自己，没关系。至少我们还可以炒CP，人家看正常的两个人是“磕到了”，看蘑菇和布丁是“鸽到了”。 本期！熟悉的话题又回来了！（不是蘑菇花了一个月还没写完的那个话题，那个还在拖延中，手动微笑） 工作～还是工作，毕竟这也是万鸽之源～ 小确丧伴随着工作中的每个阶段，尤其是刚入职半年内，和在职了2-3年的时间节点。“丧”的源头来自哪里？ 为神马感觉身边的人都比自己游刃有余/彻底放飞？如何正确看待工作中的“他人”？ 工作中的“好状态”意味着什么？工作和生活真的可以平衡嘛？如何才能保持自己工作中的好状态呢？其实，每个人都需要被鼓励，甚至需要自己去找寻这样的鼓励，或者自己给自己打气。 工作依然会是蘑菇和布丁目前的成就感、自我价值实现的来源，所以会认真工作，也认真生活，没办法躺平，就放平心态做最自在的自己。 鸽了这么久，从周更变成月更，再到双月更，“有点上头”的播出频次，终于可以稳定下来了！ 这一期。蘑菇和布丁跟你们再聊工作，工作才不是什么枯燥的话题，枯燥的一定只是你不喜欢的工作而已～
