Each brings terrific marketing knowledge and hands-on experience to their students and to this podcast. Kristen and Eileen are the incoming President and President-Elect of the American Marketing Association Collegiate Council. </p><p>The terrific discussion covered a range of topics including Target comeback attempts, how Gen Z is frequenting brick & mortar retail, the Protein consumption fad in 2026. Also, leading student international immersions outside the US, and giving hands-on experience in very different environments. Enjoy!!</p>

<p>Wow, welcome Toni Porter, who's enthusiasm is infectious!</p><p>Toni has had a great career path after graduation, with Marketing roles at L'Oreal, Urban Outfitters and Crate & Barrel.</p><p>She has a thoroughly modern role, working remotely to build the brand, with her supervisor and her direct report in the HQ office. </p><p>Toni talks about how she uses digital applications and data analytics to drive the business, including both brand and store growth - trigger emails, SMS and push. And of course C&B has always been a go-to retailer for wedding and baby registries. </p><p>Toni's also provided great job search advice for recent graduates.</p><p><br></p>
