I talk about my experience with imposter syndrome, my self confidence journey, and how I became more present. Being more present quite literally healed some parts of me. In this episode I talk about my anxiety journey from the very beginning to now. I used to think being nervous often was just normal, until it suddenly took over my body. My body began to try to get my attention, in many ways, to tell me that it was lacking attention and care. I pushed aside my mental health for so long thinking that I was just being ungrateful and complaining about life. I talk about how it took me going to the hospital and dealing with intense physical symptoms for 3 years until I found what works for me. From therapy, daily routines, physical health, exposure therapy, and healthy boundaries. If you listen and relate, take note of the tips and ways I continue to overcome anxiety daily!
